Associate Financial Analyst

SUMMARY:

The associate analyst role processes day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure daily activity is recorded timely and accurately.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Any or all of the following:

• Accounts payable processing (coding, payment, etc.)
• Expense reporting and variance research
• Preparation of exhibits as requested
• Resolve any reconciliation issues
• Transactional recordkeeping
• Perform clerical functions
• Improve business process efficiencies
• Cross train with other staff
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Analytical, organization, and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to utilize and analyze data
• Strong excel capabilities

EDUCATION &/OR EXPERIENCE

• Associates degree or higher (accounting preferred but not required)
• AICPCU courses recommended
• Bookkeeping experience preferred
