At Riko Group, we manage healthcare clinics and build software that helps healthcare providers run their clinics more intelligently.

We’re looking for a Finance Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, can lead business discussions, and is comfortable building financial models under tight deadlines.

We are an in-person first team based in Midtown Manhattan, near Bryant Park. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $80,000–$110,000, depending on prior experience. Benefits include group health insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off and occasional free lunches.

What You’ll Do

• Own the company consolidated financial model, including reporting on past performance and forecasting expected performance
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Help run budgeting and headcount planning cycles
• Build and maintain internal tools that streamline payment flows, corporate filings, accounting and document management

What You’ll Need

• 1–5 years of FP&A experience. Entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome to apply
• Ability to think strategically and lead business discussions
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn new software, tech and process re-engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
