About the Role

We are seeking a curious and passionate Associate Gamification Specialist to research and design gamification ideas, user acquisition strategies, and engagement campaigns for multiple brands. You will introduce innovative products like Spin-the-Wheel, quizzes, leaderboards, and loyalty programs to drive business growth, increase footfall, and boost user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and introduce gamification products and interactive games tailored to meet the needs of various brands and business categories.
  • Stay updated on games, gamification trends, and innovative engagement solutions to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table for multiple brands.
  • Analyze user behavior, motivation, and engagement patterns across different brands to design effective strategies that foster deeper user interaction.
  • Generate creative gamification concepts for products like Spin-the-Wheel, quizzes, and reward-based systems for multiple brands. Work alongside cross-functional teams to turn research insights into practical solutions.
  • Propose innovative solutions that support the specific goals of each brand, such as user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while aligning with their business objectives.
  • Assist with presentations, pitches, and internal strategy discussions, ensuring insights and strategies are communicated effectively for each brand.
  • Continuously explore new gamification products and engagement models to test and propose with clients across different industries.
  • Evaluate which gamification solution fits the specific product, business category, and target audience of each brand.
  • Create tailored prize and reward mechanisms for the selected gamification solutions for each brand to drive user engagement and maximize conversions.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Understanding of gamification principles, engagement strategies, and interactive user experiences.
  • Knowledge of Game Design, Game Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, or related fields is desirable.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable and innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple brands.
  • Eagerness to learn gamification frameworks, engagement design, and analytics.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
