Associate Dentist – 30% Independent Contractor

Location: Tempe, AZ | Schedule: 3–5 Days/Week

What You’ll Do

• Focus on bread & butter dentistry (fillings + crowns)
• Grow into more advanced treatments if desired:
• Extractions
• Implants
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Orthodontics
• Quality treatment is a must—we do things right the first time!

• DDS/DMD & active AZ license
• Dentist must carry their own malpractice insurance
