Associate General Dentist

Overview
We are a modern, well-established dental practice in Fresh Meadows, Queens, focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Our practice includes a lot of Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and of course bread and butter dentistry. We have full-time hygiene. Our office is fully digital and equipped with the latest technology like iTero and CBCT to make both doctor and patient experiences smoother. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that every patient receives personalized, quality care in a professional, respectful and supportive setting. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team long term. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general dentistry. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to promote oral health and deliver exceptional dental services.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize Dentrix for patient management and record keeping.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and treatment methodologies.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active New York dental license
• Proven experience in a dental clinic
• 2-3 dedicated days per week with potential to expand
• Malpractice insurance (or willing to obtain)
• 1+ year of experience preferred
• Has a passion for general dentistry and patient care
• Is motivated, friendly, and reliable
• A team player with a patient first mindset
• Can handle procedures like exams, fillings, crowns, RCTs, extractions, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
• Provides high-quality, ethical patient care with integrity.
• Interest in long-term growth within the practice

Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per day
