As the main provider, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead the practice, build strong relationships with patients, and play a key role in driving growth.

What You'll Do:

• Be the lead dentist, providing a wide range of dental services—exams, fillings, crowns, root canals, implants, and more!
• Drive practice growth by attracting new patients and building lasting relationships with the current ones.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and offer patient education that ensures the highest level of care.
• Work alongside a dedicated, supportive team to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
• Have the flexibility to shape the future of the practice as its primary provider.

What You Bring:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• A current state dental license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong leadership skills and experience, with a focus on patient care and growth.
• Exceptional clinical abilities and a passion for making a difference.
• Excellent communication skills and a drive to build lasting patient relationships.
