Associate General Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our privately owned, patient centered dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong foundation in general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges, simple extractions. Adjusted production based employment is negotiable. Days open: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including preventive care, restorative procedures, and emergency treatments.
• Conduct oral surgeries, including simple extractions .
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical environment.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices.

Skills

• Proficient in using dental software such Dentrix or other.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in medical documentation.
• Prior experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
