ASSOCIATE GENERAL DENTIST

What you’ll do

• Perform routine dental examinations and assessments to evaluate patient oral health.
• Execute a wide range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Conduct dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care.
• Utilize advanced medical imaging techniques to diagnose and plan treatments effectively.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options tailored to their needs.

Basic qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
• Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix.
• Experience in a dental clinic or office setting is essential.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with general dentistry practices and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in medical documentation and maintaining medical records.
• Experience with dental fabrication processes.
