Associate General Dentist

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate General Dentist to join our patient-focused, high-performing private practices, mainly Pilsen Dental in Chicago with the option to occasionally practice at Woodridge Dental. What You'll Do:

- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with clinical independence

- Build trust through effective patient communication and treatment planning

- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

- Contribute to a team-first, growth-oriented culture

What You’ll Bring:

- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school

- Active Illinois dental license

- Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads are also welcome if willing to learn and grow

- Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to high-quality care and long-term patient success

Compensation & Benefits:

- 3 months minimum income guaranteed

- Annual income potential: $150,000–$300,000+

- Performance-based bonus structure

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
