Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rock Hill, SC. As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients, including diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, performing restorative and preventive procedures, and developing treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on oral health and hygiene, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the dental team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Mentorship and personalized guidance will be provided by Dr. Rupani to the right candidate to support their professional growth and development within our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments utilizing medical and dental terminology knowledge.
  • Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
  • Conduct various dental procedures with precision and in a timely manner.
  • Treat emergency patients and get them out of pain.
  • Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with dental team members to deliver four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical records standards and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice as a General Dentist.
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety.
  • Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting or similar environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care across diverse populations. Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
