Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Compensation - 35 % Adjusted Production

Duties

  • Deliver high-quality general dentistry services including examinations, cleanings, Extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, Root Canal Treatment Complete Dentures partials and other restorative procedures.
  • Perform complex dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical and dental histories, performing clinical examinations, and utilizing medical imaging techniques.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, dental terminology understanding, and best practices in pediatric dentistry when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal standards.
  • Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
  • Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental fabrication techniques and dental office operations.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging interpretation.
  • Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics procedures including crowns and bridges, and oral surgery techniques.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix for efficient documentation and data management.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately while providing clear explanations of treatment options. .
  • Ability to work effectively within a team practicing four-handed dentistry for optimal workflow efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations concerning patient privacy and medical records management.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per day
