Associate General Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring the highest standards of patient comfort and safety. This role requires a strong foundation in various dental procedures, a commitment to patient education, and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.

Duties

• Perform routine examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
• Conduct dental procedures including but not limited to prosthodontics, root canal therapy, and dental extractions.
• Fabricate and fit dental appliances as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Manage pediatric patients with sensitivity and professionalism.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in various dental procedures including prosthodontics, root canal therapy, and dental extractions.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry.
• Familiarity with infection control standards and practices within a dental clinic setting.
• Experience in a dental office environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
• A compassionate approach towards treating patients of all ages, particularly in pediatrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
