Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations, medical history reviews, and oral health evaluations using advanced medical imaging techniques.
• Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care.
• Utilize dental terminology effectively to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure instructions to patients clearly and confidently.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.

Use dental office software such as Curve or similar platforms for scheduling, charting, billing, and managing patient information seamlessly.

• Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and related fields by participating in ongoing education and training.

Requirements

• Valid dental license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction with current credentials.
• Proven experience working in a dental clinic setting with familiarity in dental office procedures and patient care practices.
• Proficiency with dental software platforms including Curve, or equivalent systems.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, infection control standards, and HIPAA compliance.
• Expertise in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery procedures is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures, and other general dentistry treatments efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients on treatment plans and oral health maintenance strategies.
