Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Associate General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and a positive patient experience. You will utilize your expertise in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and other specialties to provide high-quality treatment while fostering a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to ensure patient safety and uphold clinic standards.
  • Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures, including Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix software systems, and new clinical techniques.

Qualifications

  • Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate General Dentist.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry with additional skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and dental fabrication preferred.
  • Proficiency in dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical imaging, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate clearly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on pediatric patients is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently. Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
