$250,000–$350,000/year | Mon–Thurs 8–5 | Fri 8–12 | Mentorship Available

Las Cruces Dental Associates is a busy, well-established general dentistry practice in Las Cruces, NM and we are seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist who wants to work in a supportive environment with a long-term, dedicated staff, strong patient demand, and a wide range of treatment opportunities.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Clinical Focus (Preferred Skills)

We are looking for an associate dentist comfortable with comprehensive care and a broad clinical scope (new residency grads welcome to apply), including:

• Restorative Dentistry
• Fixed & Removable Prosthetics
• Endodontics
• Sleep Apnea Treatment
• TMJ Therapy
• Orthodontics
• Surgical Experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000–$350,000/year (based on skill set and experience)

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New Mexico Dental License
• Valid DEA License
• Strong clinical and communication skills
