POSITION SUMMARY

We are searching for an ambitious Associate Dentist who wants to practice dentistry at the highest level while developing skills in:

• Cosmetic dentistry
• Veneers
• Smile design
• Implant treatment planning & restoration
• Laser dentistry
• Full-mouth rehabilitation concepts
• TMD evaluation and management

This is an ideal role for a newer dentist or early-career clinician who wants real mentorship, complex case exposure, and long-term growth inside a high-end, design-forward, fee-for-service environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation

• Guaranteed $700 daily minimum
• Production-based bonuses

Mentorship & Clinical Development

Hands-on training and mentorship in:

• Cosmetic workflows (veneers, smile design photography, shade/tone communication)
• Implant restorative sequencing
• Occlusion, bite analysis, and TMD
• Laser dentistry using Fotona technology
• Full exam, case presentation, and comprehensive care philosophy
• Patient education and relationship-building in a luxury setting

Technology & Equipment

You will work with an advanced digital and laser-driven workflow including:

• Fotona LightWalker (laser dentistry: NightLase, SmoothLase, facial aesthetics, periodontal therapy)
• T-Scan (digital occlusion analysis)
• BioPack (muscle activity tracking)
• JawTracker (jaw movement tracking)
• CBCT
• Medit / Primescan scanners
• In-house photography studio
• Digital treatment planning workflows
• High-end labs and elite ceramists

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry with exceptional bedside manner
• Diagnose comprehensively and present treatment in an educational, empathetic, and luxury style
• Perform restorative, cosmetic, implant restorative, and laser dentistry procedures
• Use advanced diagnostics (T-Scan, BioPack, JawTracker, CBCT) as part of comprehensive exams
• Build long-term relationships with patients through trust and communication
• Collaborate with assistants and our Patient Experience Advisor to maintain smooth clinical flow
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, training sessions, and personal development
• Contribute to our high-standard, patient-centered culture

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license (or in process)
• New graduates welcome
• Interest in cosmetic dentistry, occlusion, implants, and laser dentistry
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
