Job Title: Associate Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and versatile Associate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with experience in both print and digital media, and will possess skills in multimedia creation, including video editing and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of designs across all platforms, maintaining a strong and unified brand presence.
• Graphic Design: Design compelling logos, marketing materials, website graphics, social media content, advertisements, and more, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Typography & Colour Theory: Apply strong knowledge of typography and color principles to enhance visual appeal and align designs with brand guidelines.
• Research & Trend Integration: Stay current with design trends, technology advancements, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and keep the creative output fresh and relevant.
• Creative Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and visual assets that align with target audiences and marketing goals.
• Adaptation for Various Media: Tailor designs and videos to suit various formats, including digital, print, and video content, ensuring optimal design and user experience across all platforms.
• Video Production: Occasionally capture video footage and apply editing techniques that align with the narrative and marketing objectives of the video content.

Required Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Experience in branding, advertising, digital design, and print media.
• A portfolio demonstrating design (graphic design and video editing).
• High attention to detail and strong eye for aesthetics.
• Creative thinking with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs and videos.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
