Position Overview
The Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for creating innovative, high-quality visual solutions that support brand and marketing initiatives across the Team Sports Division, with a focus on Indoor Games and Darting categories. This role partners closely with brand and product teams to concept, design, and produce engaging print and digital assets that strengthen brand identity, support product launches, and drive consumer engagement across multiple channels.

Position Overview
The Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for creating innovative, high-quality visual solutions that support brand and marketing initiatives across the Team Sports Division, with a focus on Indoor Games and Darting categories. This role partners closely with brand and product teams to concept, design, and produce engaging print and digital assets that strengthen brand identity, support product launches, and drive consumer engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design creative assets across print and digital media, including catalogs, advertisements, packaging, point-of-sale materials, email templates, banners, and billboards.
- Create and execute digital creative strategies, including paid social, organic social, and display advertising.
- Develop logos, branding, and visual standards for new or refreshed product lines.
- Retouch product photography and define photography needs.
- Create custom vector illustrations and visual assets as needed.
- Develop rough sketches and concepts to communicate design direction.
- Collaborate with product and brand teams to brainstorm creative ideas and design solutions.
- Present concepts and final designs for feedback and approval.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Attend photo and video shoots to assist and gain hands-on experience.
- Write headlines and body copy when needed.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance ideation, imagery, and workflow efficiency.
- Stay current on design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually elevate creative output.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, professional-level design work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Packaging design and point-of-purchase experience are a plus.
- Working knowledge of web design, photography, or videography are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, Vizcom, or similar platforms.
