Associate Growth Executive

BrainGenz is a tech startup specializing in artificial intelligence solutions. We are hiring an Associate Growth Executive to support our sales and business development initiatives, focusing on client acquisition in the AI and SaaS space.

This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in tech sales, freelance platform outreach (primarily Upwork), lead generation, and deal progression, with direct guidance from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, market research, cold calling, and Upwork project applications
• Research and prepare bids/proposals for relevant Upwork opportunities in AI services
• Assist in qualifying prospects, scheduling demos, and drafting customized proposals
• Develop and refine sales collateral (pitch decks, email templates, Upwork bid templates, case studies)
• Update and maintain CRM records (e.g., HubSpot) for leads, interactions, and follow-ups
• Conduct market and competitor analysis in AI, SaaS, and freelance ecosystems
• Participate in sales calls, product demos, client meetings, and Upwork communications to build B2B and freelance sales skills
• Contribute ideas to enhance outreach strategies and improve conversion rates

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for outreach and proposal writing
• Interest in AI, technology, SaaS products, freelance platforms (especially Upwork), and sales/business development
• Basic proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Upwork (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a remote, fast-paced startup setting
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Any prior experience in sales, customer service, freelancing, Upwork bidding, or relevant projects is a plus
• Full-time availability and commitment to the role
