every team starts under gravity. we make small gains, repeat what works, and eventually hit diminishing returns. the growth team exists to find new thrust — new levers, programs, and systems that move us faster.
the work spans across marketing, sales, and post sales. we run experiments that drive pipeline, build workflows that make go-to-market smarter, and scale what works.
you’ll work on identifying opportunities, running tests, and operationalizing what scales. the role demands clarity, curiosity, and pace. most tests won’t work, but the ones that do will change our trajectory.
What you will do?
study how our marketing, sales and post sales funnels work and find where growth is slowing down
design and run experiments with channel owners to improve the metrics that are slowing down
work with pmm and creative to test new messages, landing pages, and campaign ideas
track what’s running, what’s working, and what’s not through clean reporting
work with gtm engineers and ops to turn successful experiments into repeatable processes or automations
document results and learnings
support setup of growth systems like alerts, enrichment workflows, and reporting
contribute to bigger bets and programs that can move the needle for pipeline and revenue
stay curious about how each lever connects back to pipeline and revenue
Who should Apply?
0–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business operations
internships or projects that involved research, analytics, or execution preferred
comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and automation tools
curiosity to learn how different parts of go-to-market work together
ability to break down problems, stay organized, and move fast on execution
strong verbal and written communication
attention to detail
What this role is not?
not a traditional marketing role focused only on campaigns or content
not a design or analytics role, though you’ll work closely with both
not about managing others, it’s about learning to operate across functions and solve real problems
not about running the same process every day, experiments will change, priorities will shift, and pace will stay high
What success looks like?
you understand how each lever in the funnel connects back to pipeline and revenue
you can take an idea from problem statement to experiment launch with minimal hand-holding
you document learnings clearly and share them with the team
you move fast, track outcomes, and learn from what doesn’t work
you can connect patterns across experiments and propose new ways to scale what works
you bring curiosity, structure, and pace to everything you do
