Associate – Healthcare, IT & Finance

Job Description:

Aspire 92 is seeking a motivated Associate – Healthcare IT & Finance with a strong background in IT engineering or healthcare and a keen interest in finance and research. The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with analytical and communication skills to support projects across healthcare, finance, and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

· Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders (both verbal and written).

· Conduct research on healthcare and IT industry trends, financial data, and market developments.

· Assist in analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data.

· Support preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.

· Apply analytical skills to solve problems and provide insights.

· Ensure accuracy and reliability of research data and project outputs.

· Work collaboratively across teams while taking ownership of assigned tasks.

· Use technology tools and systems efficiently to streamline processes and analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in IT, healthcare, accounting, or finance.

· Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Healthcare Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with technology.

· Experience in the healthcare industry is a major plus.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
