Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Associzte HR, based in Lahore. You will assist in daily HR operations, including the implementation and management of HR policies, support for HR management tasks, and coordination relating to employee benefits. Responsibilities include managing personnel records, assisting in recruitment and on-boarding processes, and contributing to the enhancement of the organization's HR system.

Qualification:

- Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and employee benefits
-Knowledge of personnel management concepts
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Comfortable using MS Office, HR tools are a plus
-Able to work well with others in an On-site team setting
-Completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
