VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Associate HR Manager with strong exposure to HR Operations and Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS, payroll processing, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of the complete employee lifecycle across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data on KEKA HRMS
  • Ensure strict adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership, HR team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to align HR operations with business objectives.


Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage monthly payroll processing using KEKA
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll closures, reimbursements, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)
  • Handle payroll audits and resolve payroll-related discrepancies


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Participate in and conduct final interview rounds for junior to mid-level positions
  • Evaluate candidate suitability based on skills, culture fit, and organizational requirements.
  • Provide final hiring recommendations and approvals in coordination with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Ensure hiring quality standards and alignment with manpower planning goals
  • Support recruitment strategy and process improvements from a leadership perspective.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations + Recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR reporting
