Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. The role requires someone with strong abilities in monitoring, managing, and coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
  • Employee Monitoring & Engagement
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide support in performance reviews.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee payroll inputs, statutory compliances (PF, PT, ESI, etc.).
  • Draft and maintain HR policies, contracts, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and track employee progress.
  • Monitoring & Managing HR Functions
  • Track KPIs, productivity, and workforce performance.
  • Monitor adherence to company rules, policies, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support management in workforce planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (for HR Manager, 5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and manage HR processes effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
