Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with team needs.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

Process accurate and timely monthly payroll for all employees.

Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
3. HR Compliance & Policies

Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR documentation.

Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
4. Work Visa & Immigration Support

Manage the end-to-end process of work visa applications, renewals, and related documentation for eligible employees.

Liaise with immigration authorities and legal advisors to ensure timely and compliant processing.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on visa-related matters.
5. General HR Operations

Maintain accurate employee records in HR system.

Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in HR reporting and analytics as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role covering recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

Hands-on experience with work visa processing (e.g., for expatriates or foreign hires).

Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations.

Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or local systems).

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
