Our team is known for providing top-tier legal solutions with a personal, family-oriented approach. We are expanding and seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in immigration and estate planning matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and filings.
• Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure client success.
• Handle administrative legal tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a state bar association (Florida preferred).
• Strong legal writing, drafting, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple cases independently.
• Prior experience as an Associate Attorney preferred, but not required.

Preferred Knowledge

• Immigration law (family-based, employment-based, investment visas, etc.).
• Estate planning, including trusts, wills, and related matters.
• Broader knowledge in civil litigation, contract law, or employment law is a plus.
