Hospitality Resources & Design is a full service commercial interior design firm specializing in hospitality environments. We offer a collaborative, fast paced workplace where creativity and attention to detail are valued.

This is a full time position with a 40 hour workweek and flexible scheduling options. We provide competitive benefits along with a strong team oriented culture.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is based on experience
• 120 hours of paid time off annually, in addition to company holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and present them through both physical and digital boards
• Apply knowledge of building codes and industry standards to all projects
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, vendors, and clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals and detailed FF&E specifications packages
• Manage projects from initial concept through final installation
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
• Participate in occasional site visits

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of interior design experience, hospitality experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to collaborate within a team and independently manage smaller projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
