Associate- Junior Technical Analyst

Work as part of a team as well as individually to support the development of a comprehensive, cross-asset-class management platform, troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, and maintain reports that provide support to the organization.

Working hours: 9AM-6PM Eastern Time - may be subject to change

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report product malfunctions in order to better support users of the portfolio management system
• Work in Atlassian’s Jira to create, track, and control issues and inform users of updates
• Communicate directly with users to resolve their issues with a finance management platform in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
• Prepare the demo environment using a checklist to support the Sales team with future prospects
• Handle daily tasks assigned to the support desk, including monitoring systems and taking minor actions
• Document additional Confluence articles as cases come up with technical issues or useful discussions with clients and team members

Qualifications:

Only candidates located in Arizona will be considered

• Strong interest in learning the Asset Management domain
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a must
• Robust level of skill in analysis of data and process, strong problem solver
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Basic knowledge in C# or JAVA or Python syntax knowledge is a plus
• Experience with Atlassian’s Jira or similar task-tracking systems is a plus
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong time management skills

Requirements:

• The position requires in-office presence a minimum of two days a week. The position is based in our office in Johnston, Iowa.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 yearly
