Role Overview

Contributed to the planning, development, and maintenance of Laravel-based web applications. Worked on full-cycle development — from architecture and database design to API integrations and cross-platform support. Collaborated closely with mobile and product teams to deliver stable, scalable features.

Key Responsibilities

• Created project plans, logic flows, and database structures based on defined requirements.
• Developed full-scale Laravel applications from scratch and maintained existing codebases.
• Designed Data Flow Diagrams, flowcharts, and Entity Relationship Diagrams to map system logic.
• Built and integrated RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Integrated third-party APIs, including payment gateways, messaging systems, and audio/video services.
• Collaborated with React Native developers to support hybrid mobile versions of Laravel applications.
• Ensured clean, optimized, and secure coding practices in line with project guidelines.

Core Skills

• Strong command of PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive front-end structures.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and jQuery.
• Fast learner with a self-driven mindset and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Ability to adapt to new tools, libraries, and workflows quickly.

Experience

1-2 years of professional development experience.

Successfully completed at least two full-scale Laravel projects (portfolio-ready work).

Environment & Logistics

Karachi-based office role (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM).

Probation & Contract Details

Contract Duration:
You will be employed on a one-year contract, which begins after the completion of the probation period.
The first three (03) months of employment will be considered your probation period.

Probation Period:

• Duration: 03 months
• Monthly Salary During Probation: Rs. 60,000/-

Performance and conduct will be reviewed throughout the probation period.

Salary Appraisal Clause:

Upon the successful completion of the probation period, and based on the positive performance evaluation and feedback from your immediate Project Manager, you will be eligible for a monthly salary appraisal of up to Rs. 10,000.

The final appraisal amount will be determined by the company after reviewing your performance, consistency, and overall contribution during the probation period.
Salary: Up to PKR 70,000 per month.
