Associate Lawyer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse legal matters effectively.

Qualifications

• Education: Law degree from a recognized university.
• License: Valid license to practice law in the UAE.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience working as a lawyer in the UAE.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the UAE legal system and regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters related to UAE law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in UAE legislation.
• Collaborate with other lawyers and legal professionals on complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations in all legal matters.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate law, commercial litigation, or other relevant practice areas.
• Familiarity with UAE court procedures and legal processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
