Associate Lead Generation Specialist - Day Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Associate – Lead Generation who can identify, scrape, and qualify leads through online research and outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data tools, handling outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline with verified prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrape and collect lead data from multiple online sources (websites, directories, LinkedIn, databases, etc.).

  • Build and maintain accurate lead databases (emails, phone numbers, company details).

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce services/products and assess interest.

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales team.

  • Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM or spreadsheets.

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times.

  • Meet daily/weekly lead generation and calling targets.

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in lead scraping, data mining, or lead generation .

  • Proven ability to conduct cold calling with confidence and professionalism.

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel, or lead management systems.

  • Ability to research efficiently and verify data accuracy.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with rejection.
