Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full life cycle of executive hiring, from talent strategy to offer closure, for leadership roles.
Work with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build strategic search plans.
Evaluate leadership talent through competency-based interviews and assessments, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.
Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to guide hiring decisions and talent strategies.
Act as a talent advisor to leadership, influencing hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
Represent the business in cross-functional forums and leadership councils.
