Associate Legal Consultant

We are currently hiring an Associate Consultant - Legal to support our corporate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate legal advisory and commercial transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, and corporate documents
• Support senior legal consultants on client advisory matters
• Conduct legal research, due diligence, and compliance reviews
• Liaise with UAE authorities including DED, MOHRE, and Free Zones
• Handle client communications, follow-ups, and legal documentation
• Maintain accurate legal records, filings, and compliance trackers
• Support dispute-related and pre-litigation matters when required

Preferred Experience (Added Advantage)

• Corporate governance and compliance advisory
• Company formation and business licensing in the UAE
• MOHRE and Free Zone compliance
• Legal support for SMEs and corporate clients

Skills Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) - mandatory
• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal consultancy in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent contract drafting and legal documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal assignments
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
