Description
- Manage day to day corporate legal matters across the company and its global subsidiaries
- Draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of NDAs and standard commercial agreements
- Oversee corporate governance for 30-50 subsidiaries, primarily US linked entities
- Prepare and manage board and shareholder resolutions, POAs, and statutory records
- Support share transfers, restructurings, and group wide corporate actions
- Coordinate M&A transactions from a corporate and governance perspective
- Liaise with external counsel and act as a key legal contact for internal stakeholders
Profile
- Qualified lawyer with 5-7 years' post qualification experience
- Strong background in corporate law from a law firm and/or in house environment
- Demonstrated experience in corporate governance and multi entity group structures
- Trained in a common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Canada, Australia or similar)
- Comfortable managing legal workstreams independently with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded with a practical, solution oriented approach
