ASSOCIATE LEGAL ( IBC MATTER)

We are Insolvency Professional Registered with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India, looking for Law Graduate (LL.B./BA.LL.B.) willing to make career under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.

We are appointed as Resolution Professional ( RP )by NCLT and handling cases under IBC. AS an associate you have to assist the RP in performing his duties which including:

1. Representing RP at NCLT/ NCLAT/ High Court in various CIRP matters.

2 Assisting RP in running the Corporate Debtor ( CD) as going concern.

3. Assisting RP in conducting CoC meeting.

4. Drafting minutes

5.. Coordinating in NCLT representation through Advocate.

6. Accounts & Audit through appointed accountant.

7. Support in Transaction Audit under IBC through appointed Auditor.

8. ROC Compliance etc

Wide exposure is guaranteed.

Experienece Required 2-5 Years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
