Associate (Litigation)

As a premier law firm in India, Sankhla & Associates is expanding its Litigation Practice in New Delhi. We are inviting applications from dedicated professionals who embody our core values: Excellence, Enterprise, and Ethics.

We are specifically looking for Counsels capable of independently handling drafting, research and file preparation.

OPEN POSITIONS:

Senior Associate (5-6 Years PQE) Must have prior experience handling matters independently and leading a team. Expertise in independent drafting and deep legal research is required.

Associate (2-3 Years PQE) Must have exposure to Commercial Arbitration, Criminal Law, or Customs. We are seeking candidates with active court practice who can manage daily listings with minimal supervision.

Candidate Profile:

• Solution-driven, punctual, and responsible.
• Strong command over English and Hindi.
• In-depth understanding of Arbitration, Corporate, Commercial, Customs and Consumer laws.
• Ability to understand the client's business for strategic advice.
