We are a business and real estate firm with particular emphasis on litigation (with a growing transactional practice). We pride ourselves on delivering high-level legal services and work product. Our cases and transactional matters demand it. Many of our cases involve multi-million dollar damages and complex legal issues. Our partners each have over 28 years’ experience in their fields and attract a diverse clientele made up of highly-successful companies and individuals with unique and exciting legal issues.

We are looking for an experienced litigation attorney (five years minimum experience and transactional experience a bonus) who can think and work independently, interact well with clients, and produce written work product at the highest level. Our ideal candidate would have these skills already, but our partners are willing to mentor the right person to become an elite lawyer and help the firm grow.

Requirements:

  • Excellent legal writing and research skills;
  • Ability to handle high-asset, high-conflict, and complex cases;
  • Ability to self-start and work independently, but also to work collaboratively with the input of others;
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and strong critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to efficiently execute multiple time-sensitive projects; and,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with associates, partners, staff, and clients.

Education and Experience:

  • J.D. Degree and admission to practice law in the State of California is required;
  • Active membership of the Bar in good standing in California; and,
  • 5+ years of litigation experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
