Associate LMS Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role involves coordinating logistics, managing training schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring that training initiatives align with organizational goals. The Learning Consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors to deliver effective learning experiences.

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and department heads to identify training needs.
  • Manage training materials, resources, and venues.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and training effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to training.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • 2+ years of experience in training coordination or operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

India mid-shift and there will be no travel requirements.
