Associate - Management Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Support business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across functions such as operations, supply chain, finance, and support services.
• Conduct process mapping and documentation including development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows.
• Assist in designing and implementing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support performance management and continuous improvement initiatives by tracking KPIs and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in ERP and technology-led transformation projects, including requirement gathering and process alignment.
• Prepare consulting deliverables such as reports, dashboards, presentations, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective execution of consulting assignments.
• Support change management and process standardization efforts across client organizations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business operations, process improvement methodologies, and consulting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, SOP documentation, KPI/KRA frameworks, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Clear communication and professional client interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel for client assignments as required.

Eligibility & Experience

• MBA from a recognized university (Operations, Strategy, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, HR or related specialization preferred).
• 1–2 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Candidates with prior consulting experience will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
