Execute the channel strategy across the cluster, which is being developed by Cluster CDT lead. Execute a compelling category story by being the go-to expert for the channel, representing the category’s interests and direction while working closely with key stakeholders.
Internal applicants based in Costal Arabia with relevant experience will be given priority.

Execution of ICP activities on the channel across the clusters and monitor the effectiveness of execution.

Lead the category relationship with key customers & distributors.

Key Representative for Channel through the ICP process, ensuring multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans.

Enable the implementation of our PicOS (through 4Ps solutions) across the channel & key customer(s) with regular reviews on its effectiveness.

Single point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for Channel of responsibility, ensuring you to drive insights using external data resources like Nielsen, Dunnhumby, Kantar etc.

Promotional evaluation and optimization to utilize discounts effectively (Channel level).

Deliver channel playbook to sales teams to include MSL / NPD targets.

Lead and Maintain Channel KPI tracking through MBPC.

Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

At least 2 years of experience within Generating Demand (CDT, Sales, A&P or Marketing)

Previous experience in CDT is a plus.

Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's.

Foundational understanding of Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby etc.

Strong teamworking skills.
