Role Overview

As an Associate Manager – Content, you will support and execute content format experiments and IP launches that directly impact user engagement, session time, and repeat usage. You will work closely with creators, data, product, and growth teams to test new ideas, analyze performance, and scale formats that resonate with users.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, storytelling, and experimentation, and wants to grow into a strategic content leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Content IP Ideation & Execution

  • Support the ideation, design, and launch of new content IPs and formats.
  • Experiment with different tones, storytelling styles, and learning formats to improve engagement.
  • Work on formats such as:
    • Series-based learning
    • Micro-courses & short-form learning
    • Interactive Q&A and discussion-led content
  • Own execution of assigned content pilots from concept to launch.
  • Iterate and optimize formats based on feedback and performance data.

Content Experimentation for Engagement & Retention

  • Execute content experiments focused on improving engagement, completion, and retention.

  • Explore emerging formats such as:
    • Bite-sized learning and challenges
    • Live + async hybrids
    • Cohort or community-led learning formats

  • Work with data teams to:
    • Track experiment metrics
    • Analyze outcomes
    • Identify patterns and insights

  • Define and track success metrics including engagement, completion rate, and retention.
  • Document learnings to build internal best practices and playbooks.

Creator Onboarding & Collaboration

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding creators across relevant domains.
  • Guide creators on platform tone, quality benchmarks, and content guidelines.
  • Coordinate with creators during pilots to ensure timely execution and alignment.

User-Centric Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor performance of content categories, formats, and IPs.
  • Analyze user behavior metrics such as repeat views, drop-offs, and session depth.
  • Share insights with product and growth teams to improve user experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in content, digital media, learning platforms, or related roles.
  • Strong interest in writing, ideation, and storytelling.
  • Basic-to-intermediate understanding of user engagement and retention metrics.
  • Exposure to content experimentation, creator collaboration, or community management.
  • Creative thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and in fast-paced environments.
