Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Drive performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI and CAC

Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media, remarketing, and affiliate campaigns
-
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights
-
Collaborate with content, design, product, and tech teams to create compelling campaign assets and landing pages
-
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across funnels and ads
-
Identify trends, tools, and emerging platforms to enhance marketing efforts
-
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies
-
Support organic growth efforts including influencer partnerships and community engagement
Requirements:
-
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a high-growth startup or edtech company
-
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools and analytics platforms
-
Proven track record in running high-ROI paid campaigns and growth experiments
-
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
-
Strong understanding of creative overhaul

Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus
