Associate Manager - HR Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities

1.

· Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of all employee-related processes.

· Manage onboarding, inductions, confirmations, and documentation for new and existing employees.

· Ensure proper record-keeping of all HR data, employee files, and official letters.

· Maintain consistency in processes and address HR operational issues as they arise.

· Review and refine the company’s HR structure, job roles, and reporting hierarchy.

· Support management in aligning teams with business goals and improving role clarity.

· Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks to support sustainable growth.

· Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Preparation of the annual budget.

· Work with finance to plan, monitor, and control expenses.

· Review actuals versus budgeted figures and report key variances to management.

· Ensure financial discipline across departments and alignment with company objectives.

· Identify gaps in operations and introduce process improvements to increase efficiency.

· Develop simple but effective internal systems for tracking performance and service quality.

· Support teams in achieving consistency, structure, and measurable outcomes.

· Drive initiatives that enhance overall business effectiveness and team productivity.

· Serve as the lead point of contact for client communication and coordination.

· Oversee onboarding of new clients from documentation and contract signing to service initiation.

· Maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure service delivery standards are met.

· Oversee employee life insurance processes including policy renewals and claim handling.

· Ensure all statutory obligations (SESSI, EOBI, etc.) are accurately calculated and submitted on time.

· Maintain updated compliance records and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

· Lead the recruitment services department, managing the team and ensuring smooth client operations.

· Standardize the recruitment process to improve turnaround time and candidate quality.

· Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure service delivery targets are met.

· Strengthen relationships with existing clients and support business growth through efficient staffing solutions.

8.

· Collaborate with the marketing team on branding and campaign initiatives.

· Ensure company services are communicated effectively across all digital platforms.

· Support activities that enhance Aetheron’s reputation as a trusted HR outsourcing partner.

9.

· Supervise the company’s central data system for payroll, disbursements, and reporting.

· Verify disbursement files before final approval and release of payments.

· Coordinate with the finance to ensure timely and error-free payroll processing.

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR Operations: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal
