Associate Manager - Learning & Development

Responsibilities:

• 
  Event Management You'll be running offline and online events like a pro throughout the year. It’s your job to make sure they’re bigger than the IPL (or at least feel that way).
• Collateral Design: Posters, PPTs, and all the cool collateral you can think of—you’ll be designing it. Get ready to flex your creative muscles and make your events look like a blockbuster.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Love staying on top of things? Great! You'll be following up, sending reminders, and keeping the team and stakeholders in the loop with internal comms and project management. No one’s missing a beat with you around.
• Project Driver: Whether it's community engagements (think WhatsApp magic) or making sure offline events go off without a hitch, you'll be steering the ship. Drive those projects forward like you're on a high-speed chase to success.
• Data Collation and Reporting: Reports? Yep, you’ll be handling them. Project and data reporting are in your wheelhouse, making sure we’ve got the numbers to back up the impact.

Must Haves:

• 
  Tasklist Wizardry: You’re not just good at project management—you’re a wizard. If you can work through a detailed tasklist like a to-do list ninja, we want you on the team.
• Google Sheets & PowerPoint Pro: You’ve got to be good with these tools, whether you’re creating slick presentations or making sense of data. And yes, the PowerPoint must have at least five colors (we’re kidding—but also, not really).
• Creative Mojo: You’ve got that special spark when it comes to visuals. You can whip up amazing posters or slides that make people go, “Whoa, that’s cool.” Bonus if you prefer creatives over crunching numbers!
• Communication Rockstar: You should be the person people want to listen to. Whether it's giving a speech or writing emails, your communication skills are Goalcast-worthy. We need someone who can inspire and get things done.
• Presentation Boss: You’ll lead sessions, and while you won’t be designing training, you’ll need to be comfortable running things with PowerPoint by your side.
• Project Management: You're all about leading projects and making sure they cross the finish line—whether that’s through offline events or WhatsApp engagements, you’ve got it covered.
