Job Description – Associate Manager | E-commerce Operations

Role & Responsibilities

• End-to-end order management and tracking for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business operations.
• Ensure TAT adherence by closely tracking timely dispatches and order fulfillment.
• Act as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders including SCM, Customer Support, Quality, and other cross-functional teams for D2C operations.
• Track and manage post-purchase customer grievances, work with internal teams for resolution, conduct RCA, and drive course corrections to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports covering key operational metrics such as order flow, TAT, leakages, post-purchase complaints, and performance indicators.
• Serve as the single point of contact for overall business operations for the assigned vertical and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Preferred Skill Set

• Strong exposure to D2C / E-commerce operations
• Experience in order lifecycle management & logistics coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in MIS & reporting
• Ability to handle escalations and customer-centric issue resolution
