What will you do:
We are seeking a high-ownership, analytical Performance Marketer to drive digital growth for the ePharma vertical, with a strong focus on App & Web campaigns. This is a full-stack performance marketing role â covering media planning, execution, reporting, optimization, and scaling. The selected candidate will be accountable for delivering efficient CAC, ROAS, and LTV/CAC ratios, while driving new user acquisition and conversion optimization across digital touchpoints.
Campaign Management & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Affiliates, and Programmatic platforms.

Build acquisition-focused strategies for App installs and Web conversions, while navigating healthcare ad regulations.

Execute campaigns optimized for CAC efficiency, ROAS improvement, and LTV-driven growth.
đ Optimization & Experimentation

Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, targeting cohorts, and landing pages to maximize CTR, CVR, and funnel efficiency.

Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across App and Web journeys.

Use remarketing and segmentation strategies to improve LTV and repeat conversions.
Analytics & Reporting

Develop and own daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for key ePharma growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, conversion rates).

Use Mixpanel, Singular, Firebase, GA4 for cohort-level performance tracking.

Deliver actionable insights and forecasts to scale campaigns effectively.
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business, category, CRM, product, and creative teams to ensure aligned outcomes.

Partner with Google and Meta account managers for beta opportunities and platform innovations.
Budgeting & Goal Alignment

Manage campaign budgets with strict CAC and ROAS targets.

Allocate budgets dynamically across channels for incremental user acquisition and ROI.

Align marketing strategies with category growth goals and overall revenue objectives.
What Weâre Looking For

4â6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C, Healthtech, Pharma, or E-commerce.

Expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads for both App & Web acquisition.

Experience with MMPs (Singular, AppsFlyer, etc.) and cohort-based measurement.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, attribution models, and ROI analysis.

High ownership, problem-solving ability, and independence in delivering results.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bachelorâs degree required; MBA is a plus.
