- Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Staff Management: Training, directing, and evaluating team members to enhance performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Ensuring a positive customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Quality & Safety: Upholding food quality standards and implementing health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Inventory Control: Managing inventory, potentially using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
- Shift Supervision: Supervising various shifts to maintain operational consistency.
- Business Support: Contributing to process improvements and strategies for business growth within the fast-casual chain.
- P&L , MRD, FSSAI FULL FORM & 12 Golden Rule.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the food or fast-casual restaurant industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong management and leadership abilities are essential.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team and customer interaction.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Education (Sometimes): Minimum 10th Pass - out
