Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and source potential leads through various channels (online portals, brokers, references, field visits, cold calling, events).
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and other sourcing networks.
- Generate qualified inquiries and pass them to the sales closing team.
- Build and constantly update the lead database.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with generated leads to ensure conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance lead flow.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly sourcing reports with management.
- Ensure timely achievement of sourcing targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in real estate lead generation and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good networking abilities and relationship management.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead portals, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
