Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor production plans, OPS, and yield targets across all units, ensuring variance control and performance achievement.
- Analyze daily production, cotton consumption, and stock data to identify optimization opportunities and drive efficiency.
- Coordinate with mill quality teams to establish and monitor product and process standards, ensuring compliance with approved quality plans.
- Review customer complaints and quality reports through QMS, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Oversee after-sales product quality and review sanctioned strength, temporary strength, and overtime requirements from mills.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Textile Graduate with a major in Yarn Spinning (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 6 years of experience in Textile Spinning Mills (Production & Quality)
