Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules — where
they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of the city. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way. Today, we run 400 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and
building a profitable business in Mumbai, we’ve expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 700 buses and 80,000 daily bookings across all cities.

About the Role
As an Associate / Sr. Associate - Marketing (BTL) Associate at Cityflo, you will play a key role in executing on-ground marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for promoting Cityflo's services in high-traffic locations, events,
and activations, engaging directly with potential customers, and creating memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement BTL marketing campaigns and activations to promote Cityflo’s services at events, stations, and other high-visibility locations.
- Actively engage with commuters and the general public, educating them about Cityflo’s services, benefits, and unique value proposition.
- Distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and other promotional assets.
- Drive customer sign-ups, memberships, and app downloads during on-ground activations.
- Collect feedback from customers and potential users to enhance our offerings and improve customer experience.
- Support local partnerships and collaborations to boost brand visibility in key areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and activations are executed smoothly and effectively.
- Monitor and track the success of campaigns, reporting on customer engagement, leads, and overall impact.
- Maintain a positive and energetic brand presence, reflecting Cityflo’s values of comfort, reliability, and sustainability.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in BTL marketing, field promotions, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various public settings.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking customer data.
